The pre meeting starts at 8:00 am for scheduling and the League meeting will start at 8:30am.

Minutes: A phone vote was taken by Steve regarding the new Bylaw because New England Swimming had some concerns with it.
The results were over a 2/3’s majority in favor of removing the new Bylaw. (a 2/3 majority was needed).
Note: the new Bylaw was never implemented and never became part of the NHSA Bylaw document.
